Why Kriva

Knowing what happened is a start.
Having a next step matters too.

Kriva 3.0 brings practical daily support, personal records and care preparation into one connected experience.

Help before homework

Choose a concern and open a manageable activity without completing a check-in first. When energy is low, look for a lower-effort option. Recording can wait.

Your experience matters

Saving an activity does not mean it helped. Optional feedback lets you distinguish a helpful step from one that made no difference or felt worse. Return to a helpful action or explore something else.

A place for the details you might forget

Notes brings writing, editing, search and text sharing together. Choose the notes you want to carry into a visit summary. Keep other notes in your library.

Context for changing bodies

Cycle history, symptoms, life stage, treatments and available Apple Health readings can sit alongside what you recorded. Kriva does not infer measured hormone levels from a wearable or diagnose a condition.

Useful alongside your existing tools

You may already use Apple Health, a watch, a ring or another tracker. Kriva’s focus is the next step: find support, remember your response and prepare for care. You can also use manual records without a wearable.

Care continues after the appointment

Save what was discussed and return to the existing records for medicines, HRT and planned tests. Treatment changes remain decisions for you and your clinician.

The promise is practical.

Kriva cannot promise symptom relief or a pattern after a fixed number of days. It can help you keep useful information together and make the next action easier to find.
